Lindarivo Co. acts as a licensed vehicle shipping agent, coordinating transport between clients and third-party carriers. We are not the actual motor carrier; the assigned carrier maintains its own DOT authority and cargo insurance.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust if actual conditions (vehicle condition, access, timing) differ from what was quoted. All price changes will be communicated before pickup.
Orders may be cancelled without charge before a carrier is dispatched. Once a driver has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Cargo insurance is provided by the assigned motor carrier. We verify certificates before dispatch but are not the insurer.
The bill of lading executed at pickup and delivery is the governing document for any damage claim. Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly at both ends and note any concerns before signing.
Lindarivo Co.'s liability is limited to the brokerage fees paid by the client. All claims for vehicle damage are handled between the client and the carrier's insurer per the bill of lading.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
